better.

I became a DJ right before the turn of the century, I wasn’t really into electronic music at the moment, but a lot of my friend were starting to go to underground raves and clubs, so I slowly begin to take part of the scene, specially for me growing up in Buenos Aires, where the electronic music scene at the time was pretty big.

My mayor influences growing up were mostly UK bands like The Beatles, The Clash, Blondie, Dead Kennedys, etc, but later I transitioned more into experimental bands like Sonic Youth, Pink Floyd, Mr. Bungle, Portishead, Bjork, David Bowie, etc.

I mostly like to play music with a lot of percussion, heavy baselines and occasional vocals.

It’s been a couple of years now for sure.

The electronic genre more suitable for Orange County would be a combination of different sounds. I think it all comes down to what  people want to hear at that moment, that’s why I always make sure to bring a little bit of everything with me anytime I’m playing in OC, ’cause you never know how the crowd is going to react to it. At the end, our job is to play music and make sure people are having a good time.

When we started playing for Giant in Orange County and some other good festivals too, like LovEvolution in San Francisco.

I want to perform/DJ as much as I can and produce some cool and creative music with some talented people from our industry.

Burning Man, Boogaloo, Genius loci fest, Youtopia, Fingers CRSSD, Woogie weekend.

Dream line up for me, BPM festival.

I think it all comes down to the venue, the people, and who’s doing the event! I’m always prepared for anything, have a few extra folders with different genres, but most of the times I have a mix already prepared for the night.
